Oh, it's very important to understand that if your sex drive is down, you tend to be stressed. And there's a common hormone that's involved and that's testosterone, if a man's testosterone level is low, low libido, decreased sex drive is what we're talking about, and increased stress also cognitive issues men can't think as well.
All these things begins to play as the same and it's usually related to a hormone called testosterone.
