Pumpkin seeds or pepi seeds are super rich in the mineral magnesium and magnesium is important because it regulates blood pressure, so if you find that you are getting stressed out during the day, getting angry during the day, it might be wise to have a 1/3 of a cup of pumpkin seeds.

And they are also super portable, you can keep then in your purse, in a little plastic baggy and your gym bag, your briefcase. You can also mix them up with other things to make a trial mix. I like to top muffins with them and they are also great if you grid them up and mix them in some spices, salt and pepper.

You can cook fish or chicken and use them instead of bread crumbs. The magnisium and pumpkin seeds will actually help calm you down as well, so it's great for when you're stressed out or at the end of the day when you need to unwind.
