Kiwi fruit is super rich in vitamin C. One cup has over the RDA for the day, for both men and women and vitamin C is a really important anti-oxidant. Our bodies can't produce it, and it doesn't stay in our bodies for long, so we actually need to get a daily influx of it, so a cup of kiwi a day, a cup of fresh mango a day, a cup of strawberries or if you're not into fruits, bell peppers will also do the trick.
