Everybody loves pizza, it is the ultimate lazy girl's meal or anyone's lazy meal, but the thing to remember is to go with the thin crisp pizza and skip the meat lovers. Those meats are really tasty but they are loaded, loaded, loaded with sodium and saturated fat. Go for the veggie lover's pizza and if you do want to add some meat to it you can always add chicken, grilled chicken is always an option on pizza menus and if they have a whole wheat option go for that it's going to provide you with more fiber and help you feel more full.
