Okay the first thing to think about when you are doing take out or you are ordering in is you really you have to read the menu and become familiar with the terms so look for buzz words like loaded, staffed, crested, smothered, and steer clear of those tissues because let's face it we are not starting in a super healthy place with most take out, so even the healthy options are going to have a lot of sodium in them so you don't want take on extra calories, extra fat, extra sodium, by getting things that have extra sources and extra things like that.
