There's several treatments for urinary stress incontinence. First of all there is the more conservative treatments which include kegel exercises which also include believe or not physical therapy through the vagina and also the pelvic floor there's what we call bio feedback which is incorporated into the physical therapy and there are some medication, you can actually use also boltox injection and lastly there's also surgical intervention.

The surgical interventions are usually out patient day stay things usually takes about 15 to 20 minutes to do. So there is a lot of options out there for you.
