Medium-Chain Triglycerides one of my favorites because you can find it in coconut oil naturally and MCT's basically as the name says is they're Medium-Chain Triglyceride. They're smaller than long Chain Triglycerides which are found in probably in 98% of the fat that we normally eat, and because they are smaller they get digested more quickly.
From the stomach immediately to the liver where they are broken down into fuel which means fat burning as opposed to those long chains fatty acids or triglycerides which are cumbersome and big and they have to be first broken down by pancreatic enzyme they don't actually go through the blood stream but go through the lymphatic system and then they get deposited in all unwanted part of your body because they are still big and so it's harder to break them down.
