Similar to a health diet, regular exercise is good for you in general and does seem to help with migraine in part because it's helps you to lose weight and we know that being over weight is actually factor that worsen migraine. The are where you have to be careful with exercise if you have migraines because you don't want to be a weaken warrior, you don't want to intermittently overdo it, because if you your physical exercise can actually trigger migraine, it release stress hormones in your body that very reliably will trigger.
