Absolutely healthy diet helps pretty much everything. And it's important to eat a varied healthy diet importantly for patients with migraine it's important not to go hungry and part of the problem with patients being given a very restrictive diet is there are almost always not told don't skip breakfast, don't skip lunch because skipping meals is really a very reliable trigger for migraine.
