It can, it can be a signal of depression if her libido has been excellent in the past, it may represent a problem with anxiety or other mental health issues specifically for medical issues, absolutely, a woman's sense of self may, if it's poor may inhibit her libido, if a woman is having problems perhaps with hypothyroidism or other specific medical concerns, it may actually inhibit her libido, so that if a woman who's enjoyed a nice libido in the past, and all of a sudden has a problem with her libido, she should not ignore that.
