What Types of Over-The-Counter Painkillers Do You Recommend?

For people who have let's say some flare of arthritis pain, that maybe an anti inflammatory that's over the counter, they have a flair of back pain first, acetaminophen should be helpful. Sometimes if you take those medications 1/2 and hour before you want want to do something, it allows you to do what you need to do whether it's work or go out on trips, just sitting in the car for a long car ride.

So I think that's reasonable to do, but if it's not working, I don't think it makes sense to keep taking something that's not working because they still have side effects whether or not they are over the counter.
