We want to make sure they can respond to any type of complication very quickly. If there's a complication they're rare, but still you always want to plan for the most catastrophic scenario. The other issue with Parkinson's sometimes just technically speaking is that if people have a tremor four times people where even the spine had a tremor, they would have a difficult time staying still on the table.

It's not their fault, but just technically speaking it makes it a little more difficult to make sure that the needle is in the exact spot where we want it to be in and also to make sure that the x-ray images are clear.
