I think generally speaking we all do get some injuries throughout the day. It's possible to get a lot of different muscle strains and sprains and most of the time the body is healing itself. So if you take an aspirin or don't take an aspirin maybe the next day you'll still feel a little bit better depending on the problem, I'm talking more about wear and tear and age really changes, but if it's something that's causing enough distress for a person to actually come to see me that means they've already tried a few things and they're not working and the body is having a hard time healing itself.

So yes, so at that point we try things that are more aggressive.
