Is Water the Best Choice for Active Kids?

This is a really cool fact. So the earth is made up of 70% water and guess what? So are our bodies. So when I teach little kids that they're basically little planet earths running around and they have to rain everyday, water is the best choice by far of any beverage. Unless your child is sweating a lot, it's a really hot day and they've been exercising for a couple of hours, children need water.

And I don't think parents know how much water they actually need. And in my recent book Beat Sugar Addiction Now For Kids it goes in to how much water your child should be having daily and what that breaks up to in terms of water, milk and how much juice you should restrict your child's diet in.
