Starting any training program especially in a group setting can always be intimidating, but bottom line is, you're there for yourself not anybody else. Focus on your goals, focus on your needs, make those a priority, challenge yourself, motivate yourself, get better and as long as you focus on those things, the environment will become more and more comfortable and you'll see greater and greater success.
