Bad breath is a problem that everybody has and it's so embarrassing, and it's actually caused by bacteria that live on your teeth, and on your tongue, and it release things sulphur which causes that bad odor. So next time you're cooking, grab some parsley, it has a really strong fresh flavor which will help to neutralize some of the odor and the green color of the parsley shows that it has a lot of chlorophyll, which is antibacterial properties, it's actually used in a lot of store about mouth freshening products.
Plus you're getting the effect without having the added sugar and alcohols that you have on some store bought products.
