The best way that I've learned to manage a food craving is probably just to go for a little bit of it. I mean, it's never the one cookie that hurt you it's eating the whole box, cause you feel so guilty that in the first one. So given and saver and enjoy, relish that delicious first cookie, so that's all you need.

Because if you actually enjoyed that experience you'll find that you be really satisfied the craving you don't real need to go back for numbers, two, three, four, five and six.
