Every woman over the age of 30 can ultimately benefit from using retinols or retinoids to help keep their skin looking younger. In this video, dermatologist Cybele Fishman, MD, discusses when you should start using retinols and why.
I think every woman above the age of 30 should be using retinoids, and even you can start earlier if you have a lot of sun damage. But again a lot of times it's the 30 year olds that come and say oh my God I'm freaking out because my skin is getting older what can I do? And I start every single one on some form of some a retinoid whether it's over the counter or a prescription.
