So let's say you already have the razor burn because you dry-shaved or made some other kind of mistake shaving. What you're going to do is you're going to moisturize a lot, but ideally you need a cortisone cream, you can try the over-the-counter 1%, if that's not enough your friendly dermatologist can prescribe one for you.

There's really not much to do other than cortisone lotions and just waiting. Again, make sure you don't exfoliate your legs when you have a razor burn because that's going to further irritate the skin, and then next time you'll shave so you don't get razor burns.
