So you want legs that're already exfoliated, to prevent ingrown hairs. So don't exfoliate the day you're going to shave, but if you've been exfoliating all along, you're not going to have so much dead skin on the top of the skin that's going to make the hairs more likely to grow inwards.

So that's one thing. The second thing is if you use some kind of like glycolic lotion, then that's going to help prevent their hairs from getting ingrown as well. And lastly, try to shave less close and I know that women do not want do that the closer the shave you have, the more likely you're going to get an ingrown hair.

I also feel that hair removal creams you're less likely to get ingrown hairs that way, just a little bit smelly but they are effective.
