Read Transcript

Well, we do know that when a child is overweight and they really don't feel good about themselves they become depressed, and then when they're depressed it starts the cycle of them eating more which means that they become more obese. They don't really have any self-esteem at all and when you don't have self esteem, you don't really reach your highest levels of achievement in life.

Once you start being depressed, we also know that it can filter into other parts of your life and then kind of filter with other people, and that's what is most important. Making a happy healthy home is not going to be achievable without people being happy and healthy and appear depressed that's not going to work.
