Symptoms of a dairy allergy can vary quite a bit, again the early warning sign when you're having allergic reaction is typically the skin feeling hot, itchy, having hives, perspiring. You may be having allergic reaction, respiratory symptoms, cough, shortness of breath but also sneezing, stuffy nose that may be the sign of an allergic reaction.

Abdominal symptoms, cramping, gas, change in bowelhabits and a variety of respiratory symptoms involving swelling as well. These are symptoms of anaphylaxis, an extreme or potential life threatening allergic reaction after eating a food. The key is to have an action plan. Do your homework, have an education plan in place and be prepared.
