Well, it's always important to consult your doctor before beginning an exercise regiment, because we never know exactly what's happening on the inside-out. We might feel like we're Okay, but at the same time there could always be some underlying issues. Whether they might be cardiovascular, respiratory or even some small joint muscular issues, you never know.

So it's always important, as we say it, better safe than sorry. It's always important to consult with your doctor first, to make sure the exercise is right for you.
