How Does Eating Protein Help Reduce My Appetite?

Protein actually helps reduce your appetite more than anything because, it's the most satiating of all the macronutrients meaning that when you eat it you immediately feel full which is fantastic thing so a little tactic that we always like to use, we always eat our proteins first.

So whenever you're sitting at our dinner table, you always hear me and mom saying to the kids, protein first, protein first because it's a great thing for us to always remember, because most often when you eat your protein first, you are not going to eat as much as the other foods that are siting there on the plates so of course in all households most of those foods are pretty unhealthy but, in the general American household, if just in case they aren't as healthy, you always want to eat your protein fast.
