So here's the deal. We're all human. We're going to fall of the wagon hundreds of times in hundreds of ways for the rest of our lives. But the beauty of the situation is whenever you fall of the wagon, that's only when you've the opportunity to flex the real muscles of transformation thus learning how to get back on the wagon.

So, the best thing that you can do is start small. Less is more when it comes to jumping back on the wagon, because a lot of times we think that we have to do 30 or 45 or 60 minutes of cardio. Now, let's shrink it down. Remember, every cardio session just begins with a few minutes.

If you want to do more great, it's just going to get you to your goals that much faster. But if not, if you just want to stick with three or four or five minutes, you still did that much more than you would have in the first place. And so it's really important that you start light.

And also, when you do begin any kind of exercise regimen, when you're jumping on the wagon, pick something that you truly love, something that you enjoy because otherwise you're not going to want to do it and eventually you're going to fall off the wagon again.
