A sluggish metabolism can really affect your waistline. In this video, "Medicine Hunter" and author Chris Kilham maps out the best ways to boost your body's metablism.
A lot of people want to boost metabolism, and I'm going to tell you the best way to do that is to get out and be active, take a brisk walk, run, bicycle, swim, use your body, you can't boost your metabolism if you're sitting on your Barcalounger using your remote control, thumb exercise is not enough. So number one, stay active, number two, eat nutrient dense foods, green leafy vegetables, purple super berries, whole grains, things that have lots of nutrients, a highly nutritious diet will keep your metabolism running well. Thirdly, you can boost your metabolism by eating hot chilli peppers and also by drinking coffee and tea, both of these will speed up your metabolism, I'd go for the exercise myself.
