A lot of people would like to improve their memory. There are different ways to do this. You can use memory enhancing tools like some of the books that actually cause you to exercise your memory that's a good way to go. But there are also supplements that will help with memory, at the top of the list probably is schizandra berry. Schizandra is a medicinal berry, it's not something that you will eat with yogurt and granola, it comes from Northern China, it's made into supplements that are available in the United States, and there are a number of very good human clinical study showing that schizandra berry and its preparations enhance memory, thought formation, retention of information and improve mental sharpness overall.

American ginseng, which is a special variety of ginseng also demonstrates significant memory enhancing properties. We see this from a couple of human clinical studies that have been done supporting this youth, and the Asian herb, Rhodiola Rosea, one of my all time favorites, demonstrates an ability to improve memory function, thought formation, concentration to enable you to work mentally much much longer and still retain information very well.

One thing that helps with memory short-term that most people don't think of is caffeine. Drinking a cup of tea, drinking a cup coffee, drinking a cup of your camote can also be very helpful. So you do have in nature some things that can help with to enhance memory and keep your mind sharp.
