If you are a more of a vegan or a vegetarian you can choose seaton, any other plant based protein even nuts and seeds have proteins in them they are good protein source they also have good fats.
So you have to be careful about calories but are they are good sources of protein, I forgot to mention the eggs, eggs are a perfect food why? Proteins, very important and also the minerals and vitamins in that egg is so important for your well being.
