Well people who are having difficulty in maintaining their sleep melatonin is not really going to work for you, and people will use it for that point but the point of melatonin is it helps you transition into sleep and sets the time for sleep on set, so again that clock in your brain has set your schedule for wake of time and sleep time, and melatonin is the switch or the signal to tell your brain it's time to go to sleep.

But it won't help your brain stay asleep, so if you're having problems with maintaining sleep, you keep waking up at night you really need to look at other choices. .
