When we did a small experiment with Dr. Oz and our group of ladies, it actually reacted quite quickly which I was surprised. But in reality, most people, it will take 1-2 hours to start to see an effect, and it can last up to 2-6 hours. So, these drinks can take you through the day and get you pass a real tough project that you might be working on, or a meeting that you are stressed about. So, it might be worth trying.
