Well, low fat dairy like some of my other favorites like dark chocolate, coffee, was really, people maligned it for years that in the case of dairies, it had saturated fat. All these products have been found in recent years to be good for you, for low fat dairy it's been associated with weight loss, less weight gain, less diabetes and they make great desserts, they [xx] cream, [xx] with a little vanilla extract, a little sweetener, that's one of my favourites.
