Well, lean protein can come in the form of meats if you are a meat eater, you can have lean forms of turkey, even bacon, you can have Canadian becon, breast of chiickecn and you can have lean cuts of beef like sirloin and if you're vegetarian it's more of a challenge to get protein but you can find in grains like [xx], like chick peas and in hermes, so whether you are a meat eater or not, there is a broad spectrum of lean protein you can enjoy.
