Well there's a very good percentage of Americans who are gluten sensitive, and they may have a spectrum of problems from, just not performing optimally in sports, they need more energy, more focus. The other end of the spectrum, they get up and feel like they've been hit by a bus.

They have joint pains, and headaches, and stomach pains, and by getting rid of the gluten, these elements go away off in a matter of days certainly in a matter of weeks, and so you have more energy, you have better focus. Chronic problems like sinus congestion can clear up. Asthma can clear up, skin problems like eczema can clear up and it's really an endless list.

So you really owe it to yourself to find out if a lot of your complaints might be because you're gluten sensitive.
