There are multiple eye creams on the market to help with puffy eyes, but eye creams that contain caffeine can help one of the causes of puffy eyes which is leaky blood vessels underneath or eyelids. When these vessels that leak the water seeps out into our lower lids, it can make the eyes look very puffy in the morning.
