Sugar is a very strong stimulant almost like cocaine, and it is fat forming, mucus forming, acidifying, it also gives you a false sense of energy, and the repercussions in the body are really negative like for example, the stimulation of your pancreas to secrete insulin which actually ends up generating insulin resistance and diabetes eventually.
