So if you going to eat fish, choose the smallest fish because the bigger the fish the more toxins they have like mercury and other problems. And make sure that it's wild caught and not farmed because farmed fish are fed all kinds of chemicals, as well as fish that comes from cold waters are healthier in general than fish from warmer waters.
Cold waters in general are healthier waters than warm waters, so fish that comes from cold water are going to be eat healthier fish.
