The good bacteria in your gut have a number of really important functions for the body. They predigest foods, making certain nutrients available for you to absorb but if they are not predigested by bacteria, they are very difficult for you to absorb. A prime example of that are the B vitamin, they also detoxify 40% of the toxins that we are exposed into foods, and they have also really important functions like, the regulation and the stimulation of the immune system 80% of which lives around your intestines.

So having a good, healthy and tasting of flora is one of the paramount factors for good health.
