It's important for you to eat whole foods because that's how nature designed us to eat, and when we stay away from that, when we eat in an unnatural way, we get sick.
Alejandro Junger, MD, is medical director and founder of the Clean Program. He attended medical school in Uruguay and completed his training in internal medicine at NYU Downtown Hospital and cardiovascular diseases at Lenox Hill Hospital.
