So should you worry about these dyes?
Not really. But I would take action. These are petroleum-based chemicals. And the only reason they are in our food
is because they sell better. And if we take action, if we vote with our dollars, they won't sell better and they'll be removed.
Major companies are already listening to us and doing that. So this means checking food labels. Look for those F, D, and C numbered colors
and choose alternatives if you see them there. Or choose organic. It's a great, simple way to do it.
