Try this exercise to boost you confidence, keep a journal of the negative and hurtful things people say to you, also write down the negatives that you've told yourself Next, pick those same statements and turn them around into positives.
For example, no matter how hard I try, I can't do anything right. That can be made positive by saying, I can achieve anything I work hard enough.
