Hi, I'm Dr. Oz. Here are some helpful nutrition news if you or someone you love has ADHD. People in Western societies tend to consume super high amounts of Omega 6 fats, those are found in salad dressings, hydrogenated oils, pork, and [xx]. However Omega 3 fats like [xx] are not prominent enough in the Western diet, and some research suggests that this imbalance of super high amounts of omega 6 fats and super low amounts of omega 3 fats could actually worsen the symptoms of ADHD.
So other research suggests that getting more omega 3 may benefit your mood, behavior and overall brain health. that will make it at least your daily diet, start with three of my favorites; fish, Walmart and avocados. Other foods that are high in omega 3 are kidney beans, olives, and Camilla oils.
