How can I reduce my risk of developing aggressive prostrate cancer? A recent study of over 2, 000 men with prostrate cancer found out that if men followed eight different healthy recommendations, suggested by the World Cancer Research Fund, they were able to reduce the risk for aggressive prostate cancer, by 13% for each one.

The recommendations are, to be as mean as possible while maintaining a normal weight, to be physically active for at least 30 minutes a day, to avoid sugary drinks, eat a variety of vegetables, fruits, whole grains and lots of beans. Limit consumption of red meats and avoid processed meats, limit alcohol to two drinks a day, limit salt and don't use supplement to protect against cancer.

You wouldn't expect that. Doctor Miller, why do you think that they suggest not using supplement? When you read more deeply into the recommendations. What it's really about is getting the nutrients you need from food, and not expecting to get it from supplements. So that's really what it's about.
