Hi, I'm Dr. Miller. Guys do you have a Beer Belly? It's bad news for your health, it boosts the risk for heart disease and other woes. A beer belly is caused by fat stored deep in your Omentum. Your omentum hangs underneath the muscles in your stomach which is why some men with beer guts have hard as keg bellies.

There're fat underneath the muscles, but it's still there. If you want to shed that beer belly start by going easy on the beer, too much can indeed contribute to belly fat. Also try these tricks, avoid refined carbohydrates like white bread, pasta, and rice. Instead, load up on whole grains such as billowy, quinoa, and amaranth.

They help stabilize your blood sugar and control your appetite. Also choose foods rich in healthy anti-inflammatory fat such as olive oil, avocados and salmons. Those healthy fats actually help you shed belly fat and don't forget exercise. Cardio and strength training moves will help you lose fat all over your body including your belly.
