What Do You Do for Your Own Health?

I am a healthy eater relative to, I haven't eaten red meat for five years. I don't eat animal for that. My cholesterol, HDL, LDL combined is under a 100, so I watch my diet very carefully, and then I walk. Walking helps. If I eat too much, sure I have a food in quantity that's the type of food but. Now I try to spend time doing things that I really enjoy, anytime with my grandchildren, I really like being on a boat, like, water draws me.

So I spend a lot of time in boats and boating situations.
