Penile implants they've been around for decades now. There's certainly an option for that, but that will primarily be the surgical procedure done. Very occasional would re-vascularization work for erectile dysfunction, or use it as a history of trauma. Some public pelvic or traumatic injury that's occurred, but that's very rarely done.
