Maybe you want to get rid of that nasty smoker's cough, or set a good example for your kids that'll help you stay motivated when the going gets tough.

And don't overlook the immediate benefits of quiting. Within just 20 minutes your blood pressure and pulse rate drop to normal. Within eight hours your blood level of carbon monoxide drops to normal, and your blood levels of oxygen and increases to normal, your heart attack risk drops within 24 hours.
