Hey, Dr. Oz here with a smart health tip for you. Here're two rich tasting foods that can help lower your risk of a stroke, olive oil, and avocado. Replacing saturatesimpact your diet, while heart healthy, unsaturated fats like these helps lower your triglyceride level, that's a key way to reduce your stroke risk.

One study linked a higher triglyceride level with a higher risk of having a stroke. Researchers think that the artery clogging caused by triglyceride is as bad for your brain as it is for your heart.
