So when someone has a diagnosis of a blocked artery or coronary artery disease. They typically will have what's called angina, or what some people call it angina, which is the effect of decreased blood flow to the heart, which feels like a squeezing sensation in the chest or a pressure, it's usually not described as a pain patients who are having heart disease issues call it a pressure.

Some men say it's an elephant sitting on my chest, some women say it's a bra too tight okay, that's the difference, it can be associated with sweating, diffused sweating, pain or discomfort down the arm, either arm and nausea. Some women senses feel faint and overall very weak and fatigued more than men describe.
