So aging is something we all do naturally, and it's normal. The problem is during aging, diseases happen, most diseases happen in the sixth, seventh, and eighth decade. Statins will delay the onset of many of those diseases, and I'm an optimist at heart, I really believe that we can delay those diseases the magic pills and treatments that will reverse them will come.
So I want to be on delay tactic as much as I can.
As any senior will tell you, old age isn’t for sissies. But a healthy diet, exercise and other anti-aging measures can boost longevity and help seniors live better, not just longer.
