Foods rich in calcium, protein such as dairy and yogurt are good sources of phosphorus too. Vitamin A, you can find Vitamin A in fish dark green leafy vegetables, citrus fruits, cheese and and eggs. Vitamin B 12 this vitamin helps your bones by forming new red blood cells in your bone marrow great sources of Vitamin B 12 include meat, fish, eggs and fortified cereal.
